How do I change my broadband plan?
You can request a plan change via your Customer Portal by selecting Broadband > Service Options > Change Plan. Alternatively, call us on 03 9089 0515 and one of our Customer Support Team members will assist you. Upgrades can be applied at any time and a pro-rata invoice will be issued; downgrades will apply from the start of your next billing cycle.
Where can I find my PPPoE credentials?
You can find the PPPoE credentials (which you need to configure your router) in your Customer Portal by selecting Broadband > Service Options > Router Configuration.
