How do I cancel my service?

To cancel your service a written request must be submitted via your Customer Portal or by email to help@lightningbroadband.com.au.

This needs to include the reason for cancellation, and the date you wish the cancellation to take effect. Your request will be processed by our accounts team who will provide confirmation once it has been arranged. 

What is the cancellation policy regarding notice?

In order to secure pro-rata billing for a non-contract service, a cancellation request is required before the billing cycle in which the termination date falls.

Are there exit fees associated with early termination of contracted fixed wireless services?

Should you wish to terminate a fixed wireless service before the completion of a current contract, the remaining contract term will be required at full cost.

Is the fixed wireless equipment removed from the property when services cease?

Equipment installed by Lightning Broadband to provide services via fixed wireless technology is the property and responsibility of the customer. Equipment removal is not part of our standard process but can be arranged for an additional fee.
